It was my first time ever deep sea fishing and the folks at Virg's were tru pros! I had no clue how to even hold a fishing pole, and they walked me thru the process and made sure I was catching fish all day! It was worth every penny and we had a blast! Thanks boys, and keep up the good work.

Had a great trip on Saturday, A special thank you to Joe for all the help, this was my first trip and I had a alot of fun!

Went fishing Sunday on the Princess & got quite a few raised eyebrows when I produced a 56 year old California made HOBBS-Glitterfish and tied it on as a teaser to my jig(purchased from-VIRG'S and made in California)...James smiled and the Captian (Brad) said..."That would be good for Salmon)....First cast about a 3# white belly on the GLITTERFISH LURE...Second cast the LING in the photo with the "GLITTERFISH" in it's mouth & the JACKPOT of the day!!!!..All in all it was a tuff bite for the boat but would reccomend this crew and this boat( The PRINCESS)above most all the boats I have ever fished..Have some fun and fish some old tackle and don't forget to fish at VIRG'S...Tim

TOOK MY BOY ON HIS FIRST DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP. HE CAUGHT HIS FIRST FISH EVER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS THE BETTER KODAK MOMENT. HIM CATCHING THE FISH OR MY WIFE GETTING SICK AT THE SAME TIME. Sure was a nice day and the crew was on top of every catch I made. I can say I walked away today with the biggest fish and prize money.  Thank you so much.

My wife wanted to go fishing but I had to work. Sent her out BY HERSELF on the 3/4 trip and the guys all treated her great! They helped her with her rig, kept her pointed into the wind, and sent her home with a fat limit of Reds.

I returned from the east coast in 2006, started fishing with my dad in 2007, and my first trip with Virg's was on my birthday in 2008. That was a great day, and every trip with the team there since has been a good experience. I imagine I'll be bringing my son fishing with Virg's when the fishing bug gets him too.

Capt. Joe and his crew were awesome which makes for a friendly trip! Everyone caught something and even the seasick kids on the boat.

We all caught our limit before we got to shore. They were all extremely knowledgeable of the area and the fish.
The clerks at the store were nice and genuine people.

my husband and I went deep sea fishing on our honeymoon a year ago. We had so much fun we're making it a tradition from now on.  We plan on going every year on our anniversry and this year will be our one year anniversry . Virg's Landing and there staff are really great we enjoyed every moment we spent with them. I highly recomend them for anyone looking for great fishing.

Thanks Virg's for a great time!! My brother and I went out 7/29/10 on the princess and was treated great, James is the best deck boss there is!!!!! He made the trip perfect along with the whole crew from captain down!!!!!!!! I only go out on Virg's some maybe cheaper but you dont get the same treatment as you do with Virg's.

My Dad takes me fishing at Virg's & I allways have fun.I am 12 and have allready won a jackpot.I love the crew of the Princess.I will be back each month until the season is over...Thank you Virg's & of course my dad...Mikie

Best trip I have ever been on. I have to recommend captain Brad and his deckhand James! They are off the hook. Never met a better captain and know so much about fishing. Recommend going out on the Princess

I was 1st introduced to Virg's 21 years ago. You would think after all that time I would know by know how to tie a line. I have not had 1 bad experience at Virg's! The shop is friendly and courteous..not trying to rush you like other shops do. The Captains on all the boats are the best along the coast! The deckhands are and have been extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable.

I have tried many other places only to find myself LOYAL to Virg's! Recently my son (now 12) has got the "Rock Cod Bug" and relentlessly asks when we are going back. The 4+ hour drive, the memories, and what I consider my 2nd family (fish family) at Virg's make every moment worthwhile!

My husband is an avid fisherman and we decided to take a trip with Virg's. They took us to a sweet spot, where I'm sure everyone on the boat was pulling up fish. No-one was empty handed. It was a great day of fishing. The skippers were amazing!!

If you've never been fishing with Virg's before you don't know what you're missing. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, they will make sure you enjoy every second of the experience. I can't wait to go again!

I have fished out of Virg's since the early 80's and have never really found any other place I would rather be.  Even though our government has done everything they can to ruin ocean fishing in California.  One thing stand the test of tim...VIRG'S LANDING...Thank you for the many great years of fishing and fun and for many more yars to come...Thank you

Never having been out in the ocean, I didn't know what to expect when we stepped foot on the boat, but the guides were very entertaining, knew where to go to get good sized fish, I almost won the 'biggest catch'. What an experience! Thank you Virg's for making my first experience one I want to make an annual one. And Virg's is the only place I plan to call!

As i look over my life and i think about my greatest pleasures that I've enjoyed, i have to say Virg's Landing is responsible for many of those pleasures.First of course would be worshiping the Lord, the second would be my lovely wife and to round off the top three would be fishing in Morro Bay at Virg's.

In the past, as owner of Anderson's Fishing Tours, I've taken bus loads of fishermen and ladies to Ensenada to fish; however all future trips will come to the wonderful fishery here in Morro Bay. This operation is a cut above the rest... The staff, the crews and the skippers wow... all excellent!!! Now if only you can do something about that weather!!! But seriously if you really want to get on some good quality fish... and some awesome Lings you need to come to Virgs Landing. Keep your lines tight and in front of you...and enjoy!!!

We used to go to you guys yearly and always had the best time, and caught the best fish. We're looking forward to seeing you guys again this August.

I've been making the trip once or twice yearly now for the last 6-8 years and i have to say that for rockfish it is hard to beat i've always caught my limit just this may was the first time i caught lings and there were a bunch of small ones caught so great signs for the years to come if you haven't tried coming to Virg's it is a must if you love catching a great limit of Rockfish with some of the best crews in california

Great team at Virg's. They get you on the fish and make sure your gunny sack is full. Been fishing all my life and these guys are class act.
